Manage products

Add the products you sell. They appear in the dropdown above and are saved with your data (synced in the cloud on the online version).

Welcome

This tool has four tabs: Orders (record orders, track profit, write customer messages), Invoice Maker (branded PDF invoices), Bulk Quote (pricing for big orders), and this Guide.

Your data saves automatically. On the online version it syncs to the cloud across every device; opened from a file it saves on that device only.

A simple daily routine
  • Open the tool. Online: check the header shows "Cloud sync on". Local: click Connect folder once.
  • For each new Tally order: check the GCash payment, paste the order, set availability, then copy the Order confirmation message and send it.
  • When the customer replies CONFIRM: pack it, book the courier, enter the tracking number, then copy the Shipped message.
  • Make the invoice, save files to your folder, and update the status as you go.
Tip: anything that comes in after midday goes in tomorrow's batch. Tell customers orders ship "within 1 business day".
Orders tab

Add an order: paste the whole Tally order email and click Parse & Add. The tool reads the order number, items, total, customer details, address, GCash reference and notes.

Open an order (click its row) to:

  • Set status and enter your item cost (starts at 150) and shipping fee; profit and margin update live.
  • Run the availability check: if something is out of stock, propose a substitute color and attach a preview image.
  • Add courier, tracking number/link, and waybill + GCash images.
  • Pick the customer message: confirmation or shipped, email or SMS, then Copy message.
  • Create invoice, Save files to folder, or Delete.
Invoice Maker tab

Easiest way: open an order and click Create invoice, it fills everything in. Edit anything by hand, then Export Invoice PDF (choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog). The invoice keeps the branded PixiBricks design.

Bulk Quote tab

For big or wholesale orders. Enter quantity, product, and a discount (drag the slider). Set shipping, region, your costs and capacity. The right side shows the quote to charge, your profit, hourly pay, margin, and advice, plus a copy-ready customer quote.

Manage products: at the bottom, add the products you sell with their prices. They appear in the dropdown and are saved with your data (synced in the cloud on the online version).

Saving & backup
  • Online: records sync to the cloud automatically. Enter your access key once per device. Photos stay on the device that uploaded them.
  • Connect folder (Chrome/Edge): saves each order's files into PixiBricks Orders / order number / (waybill, gcash, preview, invoice.pdf, summary.txt). Next session click "Reconnect folder (1 click)".
  • Backup downloads one file with everything; Restore loads it back. Do a backup weekly and keep it safe.
  • Export to Excel gives you a spreadsheet of your orders.
Quick troubleshooting
  • Header says Local, not Cloud: open your web address (not the file) and enter the access key.
  • Can't find saved files: they are inside the folder you connected, under "PixiBricks Orders". Manual Backup goes to Downloads.
  • Folder save not working: it needs Chrome or Edge, and a click on "Reconnect folder" each session.
  • An image won't show on another device: that is expected; records sync, photos stay local.
Want a change? Just ask. New features are tested in the TEST file first, then applied to the live one.
